What won't we make?
Finger rings. Maybe things with too many stone settings? We have made quite literally thousands of items for people. Things ranging from jewelry quality locking devices to minimalist handwritings/kids drawing pieces. We are a fully equipped jewelry manufacturer so the limit is really your imagination- and rings. Did we mention no rings?
Does it take a long time?
The short answer? Mostly, yes. It depends on the complexity and your availability for discussion for the project. There are rare occasions that you want something done with things we already have on hand. Reach out to us and we'll let you know.
Can I send something in for you to incorporate?
No. For liability reasons, we cannot except any item sent in by you. There are no exceptions.
How does payment work?
We require full payment once all submissions and correspondence are complete. We do offer Affirm® if you require that for your project.
Why don't you use metals lesser than Sterling Silver?
The difficulty in working with metals such as stainless steel will not save the customer money and will not save either of us time. We also only use the highest quality precious metals in the industry. Ask about the hypoallergenic properties in your chosen metal. We LOVE to gush about how good our materials truly are.
